DR. CINDY M. P. DUKE
Dr. Cindy M. P. Duke in her clinic

Scientist. Physician.
Builder. Voice.

This is the story behind the credentials.

Before the clinic, the laboratory.

Her career began with viruses, not patients: a PhD in microbiology and immunology at the University of Rochester through the NIH Medical Scientist Training Program, researching HIV and HSV‑1 vaccine vectors. Her first-author work appeared in Vaccine before she ever wrote a prescription.

She did not join an institution. She built one.

For more than a decade she led a full-service fertility center in the United States: onsite andrology and embryology laboratories, an accredited ambulatory surgical facility, and a full egg and sperm cryobank. Alongside it, a countrywide virtual women's health clinic serving the Southern Caribbean. The regulatory record she directed personally: an FDA-registered, CAP-accredited high-complexity laboratory, and tissue licensure in every US state that requires it, plus Canada.

Twenty patients a day. Six hundred cycles a year.

She was the primary treating physician at her clinic, seeing roughly twenty patients a day: IVF and frozen embryo transfer, ultrasound-guided egg retrievals, office and operative hysteroscopy, advanced laparoscopy, and fertility preservation for adults and for children facing cancer therapy. At its peak, the program she led ran approximately six hundred IVF, IUI and FET treatment cycles a year. Across two decades of practice, more than ten thousand babies have been born in her care.

Medicine, aligned with biological time.

Her own patent-pending framework: the System for Unified Nutrition Rhythms and Insulin Sensitivity Enhancement. SUNRISE aligns nutrition, movement, sleep, recovery and therapy, including GLP-1 based treatment, with the body's circadian clock. It is where her decades in hormonal science converge, and the subject of her forthcoming book, The SUNRISE Method.
