More than a decade of care.
She led a full-service fertility center: consulting room, operating room, embryology laboratory and cryobank under one roof. This is what that work actually involved.
Six areas, one continuous practice.
The core of a decade in practice: full in vitro fertilization and frozen embryo transfer programs, run with the laboratory in the same building and one physician accountable from first consultation to transfer.
Reproductive surgery is where a fertility specialist earns the diagnosis. Office and operative procedures were performed in an accredited ambulatory facility she built and directed.
Preservation is a race against a treatment calendar. She built an onsite egg and sperm cryobank so patients facing chemotherapy or radiation could be seen, counselled and treated without being sent elsewhere.
The conditions that quietly decide fertility outcomes: fibroids, PCOS, abnormal bleeding and thyroid or prolactin disorders, worked up properly before anyone talks about a cycle.
Half of infertility involves the male partner, and it is still the half that gets skipped. Male evaluation was standard, not optional, in her program.
Her present focus: hormones, metabolism and circadian rhythm treated as one system, for women and for men, and the ground the SUNRISE Protocol grew out of.
The part patients never see, and never should have to think about.
She was Laboratory Director of her own IVF, andrology and embryology laboratory, and founding Medical Director of its egg and sperm cryobank. Accreditation is not decoration in this field: it is the difference between a laboratory that is inspected and one that is trusted.

The same medicine, a wider reach.
Her practice now runs through licensed telemedicine across the United States, with programs in fertility, hormonal and preventive health, and a research focus on circadian metabolic medicine. She is licensed in all fifty US states, the District of Columbia and Guam, as well as Trinidad and Tobago and Rwanda, which is what makes care at that distance possible. Alongside the clinical work she remains a recognized speaker and thought leader, on conference stages and in the press, on fertility, hormones and longevity.
